The income and property of Mind Sports South Africa (MSSA) from whatever source obtained, is, as per Clause 46 of the Constitution, devoted exclusively towards the promotion of its objectives.
No portion of MSSA's income and property may either directly-or indirectly be paid or transferred by way or dividend; bonus or in any other manner whatsoever in the form of profit to members:
However, MSSA may reward made in good faith to any officer or servant of MSSA or any member thereof in return for services actually rendered to MSSA.
MSSA may too use its income and property as prizes awarded for outstanding achievement.
It is all about serving its members...
