MSSA announces the Team Captain of the Junior National Squad for the esports title of League of Legends.

Hans Heerden (Helpmekaar Kollege) - Team Captain of the Junior National Squad for the esports title of League of Legends.
Mind Sports South Africa (MSSA) has just appointed Hans van Heerden (Helpmekaar Kollege) as the Team Captain of the Junior National Squad for the esports title of League of Legends.
It is not surprising that Helpmekaar Kollege should produce a player of this calibre. The school affiliated to MSSA in 2014, and besides being a loyal andd dedicated member, the school goes the extra mile to develop the sporting skills of its players - just as it does inthe more traditional sports for which the school is famous.

Hans started playing games when he was 8. Having started on an old Atari and his parent's computer (thanks mom and dad!), it was not until four years ago that he discovered gaming PC's. Having been introduced to League of Legends by two of my friends Craig Wilson and Min Woo Kim, Hans quickly joined Helpmekaar Kollege's esport program. Hans was one of the first to join the team and the rest is history.

Hans believes that being in the Junior National Squad will be taxing and a great learning experience. Hands too believes that the lessons that he has been taught by both his parents and school will put him in good stead for the task ahead. Hans believes that the squad, and the teams which will be drawn from the squad, perform to best of their ability. As Hans says, "I believe this team has what it takes and more to tackle any challenge and walk over it with pride".
MSSA believes that Being in the squad will give each player the necessary exposure to achieve their dreams and to become great citizens. MSSA could not be prouder of Hans.
