Latest official Checkers rankings.

Sam Thinone (North West University - Vaal) the 26th North West Provincial Champion
Mind Sports South Africa (MSSA) has just released its  latest rankings for Checkers.

The results take MSSA's 26th North West Provincial Championships into account.

While Pheello Maphumane (Fakkel School of Skills) is ranked as the top player  in the country, Sam Thinone (North West University - Vaal) is hot on his heels having made huge strides forward by winning 
MSSA's 26th North West Provincial Championships.

However, the boys do not have it all their own way, as Chanel De Wet (currently 
ranked  as the 6th best woman in the world for Checkers) is in fourth place overall.

Of course it is still early days in the 2018 season, and many things can change.The full rankings of for the senior
