NWU MSSA Online School League offers a R30,000.00 bursary for StreetFighter V.

A bursary of R30,000.00 from North-West University is worth fighting for.
With the announcement that North-West University (NWU) has become the headline sponsor of Mind Sports South Africa's (MSSA) Online School League, greater interest in the country's oldest school league for esports has been awakened.

Of course the Online League offers medalls for thhe first three places in all game titles, as well as the opportunity to earn High School Provincial Colours, but now there is even more.

Players who participate in the StreetFighter V esports title have the opportunity to win a R30,000.00 bursary which they may use at North West University in the studies of their choice.

The prize of a bursary shows both NWU's and MSSA's commitment to promoting education in South Africa.

In the words of International Esports Federation's president, Colin Webster, "Even though many esports athletes wish to pursue a lucrative career in professional esports, such athletes must always ensure that their education comes first".
