The different types of official competitions.

Only through MSSA's active volunteers do events like the National Schools' Championships take place year-after-year.
It is already well known that Mind Sports South Africa (MSSA) is South Africa's largest membership based organisation for gaming, and that MSSA runs over 30 events per annum in over ten esports titles.

That is staggering!

It is even more impressive when you realise that it is done by volunteers and that all income earned is ploughed back into developing and promoting esports.

It it is due to this methodology that MSSA enabled esports to become accredited as a sport and has enabled so many people to become involved in running their own private events.

Even VS Gaming's own Johann von Backström started in MSSA and served as MSSA's Chairperson of the Esports Board of Control.

However, with many of MSSA's championships, for esports, having started as far back as 1998, MSSA offers a wide range of events that are tailored for most gamers no matter where they live in our beloved country.

MSSA, also is the only organisation that runs events throughout the country.
