NW Mindsports shoots up the rankings

Team Yolo (NW Mindsports) - the 2018 North West Counter-Strike: GO provincial Champions.

NW Mindsports is one of MSSA's newest clubs. Based in Klerksdorp, the club is efficiently run by Stefan Barnard.

Even though it is the first year of the club's affiliation, the club boasts of  many hardened esports players who were able to take two unranked teams all the way up to  be ranked second and third.

With IESF just having announced that Counter-Strike: GO is to be played at the 10th World Championships at Kaohsiung City, Chinese Taipei, interest in team selection is reaching a fever pitch.

Only two championships remain in which players may qualify.

The two championships are:

• 2018 On-line Provincial Esports Championships - 21 April 2018, and
• 17th Mpumulanga Provincial Championships - 26 & 27 May 2018.
