HTS Sasolburg snatches the number 1 spot.

Charlize Seremak (HTS Sasolburg) is a valuable member of the 2018 Protea Esports Team.
With HTS Sasolburg having players like Charlize Seremak and Pieter Oelefse in their school club, it is no wonder that HTS Sasolburg walked away from MSSA's 15th Free State Championships as the top ranked club for such championships.

In the club's second year of membership, the club has been a very loyal member and has participated in no less than 5 MSSA events this year alone.

By participating in so many events, the club is promoting growth at the school as well as creating opportunities for its players.

Even still, it is a surprise that HTS Sasolburg wrested the number one spot for the Free State from Fakkel School of Skills. Fakkel School of Skills held such position for both 2016 and 2017.

The rivalry between HTS Sasolburg and Fakkel School of Skills will only benefit esports in South Africa, and will no doubt help produce stars on the level of which can only be imagined.

Already both schools have committed themselves to be present at MSSA's Annual SA Schools National Championships on 28 and 29 July 2018.
