MSSA's VP Adele Janse van Rensburg to write for SASCOC.

Adele Janse van Rensburg is enjoying many of the benefits of membership.

In 2016 Adele received Mind Sports South Africa's Sportsmanship Award - the Dorian Love Trophy.

Then in December, Adele was elected to the position of Vice-President in MSSA's Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Adele too has earned herself Provincial Colours and has also been inducted as an official Provincial Umpire.

It seems as there is no stopping Adele as she takes on hurdle-after-hurdle, and all this while still holding down a job as well as running the club Generation X.

Well, Adele is not to be stopped as she has now become a guest columnist for SASCOC's magazine. Adele will be writing specifically about esports and the development of the code.

This is not the first time that esports has appeared in SASCOC's magazine.

Although the magazine is largely dedicated to the Olympic Sports, SASCOC has always been fair in giving coverage to all of its members' activities.

Thus in 2013, SASCOC gave extensive coverage in the magazine to the StarCraft II test match between South Africa and Romania in which Silviu 'NightEnd' Lazar and Robert 'PandaTank' Botha hammered it out against each other.

Now with Adele writing a guest column, esports will be even further thrust into the limelight by such august body.
