StarCraft II rankings released.

With only days to go before the closing date for entries for MSSA's 21st North West Championships to be hosted by Curro Klerksdorp (22 Elm Street, Klerksdorp), Mind Sports South Africa has just released the StarCraft II rankings.

The rankings take into account all the championships up to, and including, MSSA's 34th Gauteng Championships that were so well hosted by Jeppe High School for Boys.

Such rankings too form the base of the National StarCraft II Ladder.

Nor surprisingly, Edwin Williams (of Blue Dragon E-Sports) finds himself at the top of both the Ladder and the rankings.

Most avid gamers would remember that his sister-in-law, Yolande Williams, twice represented South Africa in the National Protea Team (IeSF's 6th World Championships - Bucharest, and IeSF's 7th World Championships - Baku), and did it well.

Edwin too has had a foray overseas, and is keen to have another stab at top international competition.

With Edwin leading the pack, so to speak, the future of the StarCraft II title in South Africa is in good hands.
