It is well known that Wynberg Boys’ High School is one of the oldest and most prestigious traditional boys’ schools in the country being rich in tradition, but passionate about progress. As such Wynberg is a school of incredible opportunities both in their classrooms and in their extra-mural curricula.
Through the school's goal to reach every boy who enters the school, the school offers and encourages competitive sport. The lessons learnt from sport and competition are lessons for life. Boys need to be active and compete with each other. The school's policies and coaching methods are based on such belief.
