DotA 2 School rankings: Parklands College keeps pole position.

Northwood High in action.

Even with Northwood High School's convincing win in MSSA's grueling online school league the best  the school could do is move up to 13th place on the ranking system.

Parklands College remains in top position with Maritzburg College and Oaklands College in second and third place respectively.

The rankings too have grown to 40 teams from 21 schools showing the popularity of esports at school level.

It would not be surprising if, within the next few years, esports overtakes the popularity of all other sports played at school level, as esports not only makes effective use of resources, helps learners have a greater integrated approach to IT, but more importantly, represents the changing needs and wants of society.
