The members of Mind Sports South Africa (MSSA), the largest membership based organisation for gaming in South Africa at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) approved the Calendar of Events for 2023.With MSSA being a member based organisation, it is the member clubs that ultimately make the decisions on all the affairs of MSSA.
The Calendar is no less busy than in previous years, and proposes to increase the number of online championships both at school level as well as for Premier players.
It is important for all gamers to note that in order to be selected for an official South African team, such aspirant athlete must be a member of a club that is in good standing.
With the proposed Calendar of Events being published at this time, every athlete is afforded the opportunity of being able to affiliate to a member club in time to participate in MSSA events in order to participate in the selection process.
Because MSSA will always put the well-being of all its members first, MSSA requests every member club to comment on the proposed Calendar of Events so that all members can be accommodated.
The proposed Calendar of Events, as usual, will be presented to the membership at MSSA's Annual General Meeting (AGM) for ratification.
