Results: 6th Limpopo Provincial Championships

Yenex (HTS Tom Naudé) crushed all opponents to win MSSA's 6th Limpopo Championships in the League of Legends esports title.

Under the astute direction of Limpopo Provincial Director, Petrus Maartens,  HTS Tom Naudé, through the sekhmetic efforts of  Antonette Jordaan, delivered the best Limpopo Provincial Championships ever.

Even though the event was not held at the best possible time for many learners, the championships had more titles played than ever before and  has allowed 24 Registered Players to qualify for MSSA's 2018 National Team Trials.

MSSA's 6th Limpopo Championships were held on 28 and 29 October 2017 by HTS Tom Naudé in Polokwane.

Already all of the member clubs in Limpopo have submitted an alternative date for the 7th Limpopo Championships. The suggested date should make it championships more accessible to many of tthe provinces Registered Players, which will even further increase the popularity of the Limpopo Provincial Championships.

There is no doubt that there is something in the water in Limpopo. The competitiveness, sportsmanship and enthusiasm of the players  in Polokwane is  absolutely amazing.

The results reflect the high standard of play with the players from Limpopo shooting up the rankings to become a force with which to be reckoned in all of the board games and esports titles in which they played.

I cannot wait to go back for the 2018 edition...
